Task and Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and business cases
- Identify business needs and ensure alignment with project goals
- Monitor business processes and drive continuous improvement
- Assess potential solutions and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Ensure project requirements and profitability
- Connect clients, project members, and end users
- Handle business case analysis and maintain documentation
- Propose mitigation strategies and assist project support
- Keep track deliverables, deliver reports and results
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's in Business / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
Strong analytical skills with an agile mindset
Understand requirement engineering and requirement analysis best practices
Understand system analysis and system design
Able to replace and support the role of system analyst if needed
Understand project management principles and interest for digitalization projects
Solution-oriented; „can do“ attitude; pioneering spirit; collaborative
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
Excellent technical, organizational, troubleshooting, problem solving, resource allocation and time management skills
Have knowledge of product line and application services being developed for the project
Experience in process quality management
Responsible person and able to communicate effectively
Willing to work remotely and onsite
