
Task and Responsibilities
- Support the company culture and joint organization
- Support the executive and business partner to comply with relevant policies
- Support and ensure contract management and agreements
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills
- Perform assignments or job duties as requested
- Support facility maintenance and vendor services
- Assist reporting, cost management and payments
- Manage personal tasks and administrative support
Requirements
Must possess at least Associate's degree or Diploma3
Good in listening and written skills
Honest and reliable person
Have cooperative communication
Experience with customer service and administrative support
Have good time management and be able to set task priorities
Experience in administrative and personal assistant roles
Experience in complaint handling
Able to think ahead to handle a service assistant
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Willing to work remotely and onsite
